Real estate prospect and purchaser information is protected using server authentication and data encryption.
The two security measures ensure that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered Users in
your corporation. Digital Capital does not use or store real estate prospect or purchaser credit card
information, therefore PCI compliance does not apply.
Digital Capital provides each User in your organization with a unique user name and password that must
be entered each time a User logs on. Digital Capital does not use "cookies" to store confidential user
and session information. Instead, Digital Capital uses advanced security methods based on dynamic data
and encoded session IDs.
Playbook is hosted in a secure server environment at Rackspace.com that uses a firewall
and other advanced technology to prevent server downtime or unauthorized access from outside intruders.
